Mixed-methods study of the job satisfaction, retention, and wellbeing of PK-12 trans school workers in Canada and the United States - Research Assistant
• Collaborated on the writing of a successful grant application
• Assisted with survey design, put the survey online, and managed recruitment and incentive
distribution
• Interviewed 40+ participants
• Analyzed qualitative data in NVIVO and collaborated on several peer-reviewed conference presentations and publications, including two as lead-author
